Meet Mike & Aimee Farrell

When Aimee and I started Egg Harbor Cafe in 1985, we never imagined the incredible journey it would be. We've had the privilege of not only raising a beautiful family on a personal level, but also a dedicated restaurant family that has become an integral part of our communities. Our goal has always been to create a place where both our employees and guests feel welcome and comfortable, to be a place that is a true neighborhood staple. We often say we want to be the best restaurant to visit and work at, within each community we serve.  We're incredibly proud to say that mission seems to have resonated, and it's with immense joy that we pass the torch to the next generation.

Our son Matt takes the helm as CEO, and our daughter Cassidy, along with her husband Elliot, will oversee our expansion in the South. Witnessing our children share our passion for Egg Harbor Cafe brings immense joy, and we can't wait to see them build their own legacy with our support in the decades to come.
