Shifts start as early as 5:30am with varying start times up to 8 am, and because we are only open until 2pm, all shifts end at 3 pm at the latest.
We have flexible scheduling, but because weekends and holidays are our busiest times we do ask that you are available those days. We are closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving, and open late (8am) on New Year’s Day. We do not honor requests for time off on Mother's Day or Father's Day.


Basic Job Skills

Comfortable using a POS system, can read in English, is able to clearly communicate verbally, comfortable working in a fast paced environment, can follow recipes, practices safe knife handling procedures, basic understanding of various cooking methods, dedication to providing a clean work environment, can lift boxes up to 50 lbs, follows proper operation of various kitchen equipment, inspects food upon delivery and before preparation, understanding of weights and measurements for cooking and preparation, has an upbeat energy level and can work many hours on their feet, maintains a positive attitude at all times, flexible in changing situations and is eager to learn multiple stations, practices basic personal hygiene, commitment to safe food handling procedures, Illinois Food handlers permit (If applying in IL), commitment to company standards and policies.
